my favorite moment this week was taking out my new canon rebel from the box,
but alas, I have no photo of that.
what I do have, however, is the first few photos I took after the battery was finish charging.
no surprise that my first subjects were some of my favorite fluffy family members.
(and they will continue to dominate my photo memory card & blog until I pop out some human kids).

they are well loved, as is my new camera, hank little hawk.
because.....well. doesn't everyone name their camera?
